2. Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order without any penalty under the following conditions:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Orders that have not yet been processed or shipped can be cancelled.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return as per our Return Policy.

3. How to Cancel an Order

To cancel your order, you can:

  1. Log in to your account on our website and navigate to your order history.
  2. Find the order you wish to cancel and click on the “Cancel Order” button if available.
  3. If the “Cancel Order” button is not available, it means your order is already being processed or has been shipped.
  4. Alternatively, you can contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order details.

4. Confirmation of Cancellation

Once your cancellation request is received and processed:

  • You will receive an email confirmation of your cancellation.
  • If payment has already been processed, the refund will be initiated as per our Refund Policy.

5. Partial Cancellations

For orders with multiple items:

  • You may request cancellation of specific items within an order if they haven’t been shipped yet.
  • The refund will be processed only for the cancelled items.
  • The remaining items will be processed and shipped as normal.

6. Cancellation of Subscription Orders

If you have subscribed to regular deliveries of our products:

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
  • Cancellation will be effective from the next billing cycle.
  • Orders that have already been processed or shipped for the current cycle cannot be cancelled.

7. Non-Cancellable Items

Please note that certain items may not be eligible for cancellation, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Products that are part of a limited-time promotion or sale.
  • Products that have been opened, used, or had their seals broken.

8. Cancellation by SafeLife Store

We reserve the right to cancel orders under certain circumstances, including:

  • Pricing errors or product information errors on our website.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity or violation of our Terms and Conditions.
  • Products that are out of stock or discontinued after the order was placed.

In such cases, we will notify you promptly and process a full refund if payment has already been made.
